Processing of personal data

At Ornöram Medical Centre we process the information you send us through this site solely in order to assess your request and get back to you. This notice is written to meet our duty to inform under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK).

What data do we collect?

When you fill in the contact form we receive your name, email address, telephone number and the message you write.

Why do we collect it?

Only so that we can respond to your request. We do not use your data for marketing, do not share it with third parties and do not transfer it abroad.

How long do we keep it?

We keep it for a reasonable period after your request is concluded, and delete it afterwards.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the law you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing.

The appointment form and health data

The details of your complaint given in the appointment form, together with any test documents you attach, are special category personal data within the meaning of article 6 of law no. 6698. We process this information only to direct you to the right department and doctor and to plan your appointment, and only on the basis of your explicit consent. You must tick the relevant consent box before sending the form.

Only our appointments team and the doctor concerned can see this data. You may withdraw your consent at any time and ask for your data to be deleted.

Emergencies

This site and the forms on it are not suitable for urgent medical requests. In an emergency please call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department.
