An appointment in three steps

Tell us the department and your complaint
Choose the department you want to be seen in and describe your complaint in a few sentences. If you are not sure, we will point you to the right place.

Give us a day and time that suit you
Mark the day and time range that works for you. We are open weekdays 08:30–18:00 and Saturday 08:00–14:00.

We call you to confirm
Once your request is logged we call you as soon as possible to finalise the appointment.
